Recital
Each
class requires a recital costume purchase; deposits are due at the
end of the first term. Our year end recital is tentatively scheduled for the weekend of May 12-13. Plans will be based on COVID-19 guidelines at the time.
Tuition
Our school year is divided into four quarters for tuition purposes only. Quarter payment dates are specified on our website (cccentreofdance.com).
Once students have registered they have made a commitment for the entire year. If a student decides to drop his or her class(es) after the first quarter has ended, he or she will be required to pay for completed class(es), as well as costumes, which will have been ordered by that time.
There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee per student ($25 after August 15). Tuitions amounts above are base amounts and do not reflect available discounts.
In the event that the studio is forced to temporarily close its doors for in person classes at any point in the season, due to a global health crisis such as COVID-19, tuition is still to be paid in full. When the studio is allowed to reopen, missed classes will be made up and offered to all dancers in the earliest possible timeframe. If for some reason the studio cannot fulfill this obligation, refunds will be issued for tuition.
Discounts
We offer two types of discounts:
1. Advance payment. Pay the year's tuition by the first week of classes and you'll receive a discount. For instance, tuition for a 60 minute class is $59 per month, which is $472 per year; pay in advance, and the tuition is discounted to $448.
2. Multiple classes. This discount applies whether you have one student taking two or more classes or two or more students each taking one or more classes. An example: You are paying tuition for two 60 minute classes; the base tuition for each is $59 per month, which comes to $118 per month. However, the multiple classes discount reduces the combined tuition to $112 per month. Note: This discount does NOT apply to private lessons.
And of course you can combine both discounts to save even more! Ask us about how to calculate your discount.
